Consultancy Est 1997 : In 2006, design directors  Jillian & Damian Costello brought the former Eltham based retail lighting business and in July 2017  relocated to Blackburn. It is here that their passion for all things design, inspired them to design and construct   a space where clients could come to impliment their design requirements. In collaboration with a team of talented individuals  they have created  an impressive space which captures the essence of a Design Hub where you can seek advise from the following  professionals:
